What does "downloadable" mean?
The word downloadable means "available for transfer from the
Internet to a computer." The ebook we sell is delivered at
checkout from our store to your personal computer.
How do I place an order?
Click on the order button at the bottom of the page. The item
will then be transferred to your on-line shopping cart. You can
then enter you payment information and download the ebook
immediately.
Directions for check out:
Enter your "shipping address". Even though your items will not be
shipped, this step is necessary so we can identify your order
later if you have any problems or questions regarding your order.
Enter your bill to address if it differs from your ship to
address. (If the two are the same, simply select "Use Shipping
Address")
Enter your Email address. We will send that address an email
verifying the order has been received as well as a special link
that you can use to access your downloadable items at a later date
if you happen to delete or lose them.
Select the method of payment you wish to use and provide the
appropriate information.
Confirm your order.
If the information is correct, click the Send
Order button. If you need to make any adjustments, click on the
appropriate edit button. You can change anything as long as the
order has not been submitted.
Click on "Place Order" to have your order submitted for
fulfillment.
The next screen should be a confirmation of your order, which
includes an order number. Print this page for your records. If you
do not get to the confirmation page please contact Customer
Service in order to confirm whether or not the order went through
properly.
If you purchased downloadable products, please click on
the red "download now" button next to your item(s) below. Then
save each item to your desktop or a special folder on your machine
where you would like to store your items. You will then be able to
access the files whenever you want. If you have any problems
downloading your products, please email contact@diydeerfoodplots.com for further help.
What do I do if I'm having trouble ordering?
We do everything we can to ensure that shopping with us is as
simple and pleasant as possible. However, we both know that our
computers sometimes have a mind of their own! If this occurs,

I have never ordered on line? Is my credit card information secure
on-line?

the information is safe from anyone trying to intercept it. For
more security information, please visit our Privacy and Security
statement. It is safer then placing an order over the phone or
even buying anything at retail stores. We don't save your credit
card information and can't even view it.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How much will my shipping charges be?
Because our book is downloadable, there are no shipping charges
from diydeerfoodplots.com.
What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you
receive from diydeerfoodplots.com you can delete the ebook from
your computer and we will issue you a full refund. To request a
refund, please contact our customer support team by phone email:

May I place my order over the phone?
No. Unfortunately this is not available.
Do you sell any items that are shipped?
diydeerfoodplots.com sells only downloadable items. We do not sell
any items that are shipped.
How can I access my downloadable items again?
Once your order is shipped we will send you an order status e-mail
with a tracking link, allowing you to access your order again at
any time. If you need further assistance you can contact us via

Our customer service representatives are dedicated to ensure that
each and every customer receives a response as quickly as

I purchased and downloaded my item(s) and they just weren't what I
was looking for. Can I get a refund?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and will refund your
money if you are not satisfied with the purchase. Please be aware
that you must contact us within 60 days of your purchase to
receive the refund.
My computer crashed during download and I don't know what to do.

How do I access my downloadable items after checkout?
Downloadable Instructions:
To access your downloadable items again, please follow these
steps:
Refer to the email you received when you placed your order. At the
top of this email there will be a link that says "You can always
find out the current status of your order by going to…"
Left click on that link. This will take you to the order
confirmation page of our order processor. After each downloadable
product, you will see a red rectangle labeled "Download Now".
Click on the rectangle. This will take you to a page that will ask
for your credit card number to verify that you are authorized to
download the items. You will not be charged for anything, it is
only for verification. After the credit card information is
entered, you will see the order confirmation page of the order
processor again. This time, click on the red "Download Now"
rectangle and then select where you want to save the downloadable
product. Make sure to take note of where you are saving the file,
so that you can find it again at a later time. The computer will
then save the file to your hard drive.
